Viuda de Sainz’s Industrial Promotion area manages and develops the necessary actions that allow the creation of new productive spaces. From the search and management of the land, its urbanisation, to the integral execution of the turnkey building project on demand.
We also extend our activity in this area to our own development of warehouses and pavilions that facilitate the growth of the industrial fabric.
Another of the fields within industrial development in which we pay special attention is the recovery and regeneration of land to enhance its value. Land already developed with a long industrial history, which requires special actions, both environmental and urban, in favour of the regeneration of productive activity.
